A person living in Mumbai told the X platform that one of his orders has been pending on Flipkart for 6 years, in which the parcel has finished delivery, but is not arriving. Surprisingly, a call was received from Flipkart's customer care executive regarding this order recently.

A user named Ahsan posted on Elon Musk's X platform (formerly Twitter), in which he said that Flipkart called me for this order after 6 years. He asked what is the problem. Along with this, users have also shared a screenshot.

Users told the customer care executive that they placed this order 6 years ago and it is still not delivered. After this the customer care executive disconnected the call saying sorry. Now this post is going viral on the internet.
Opted for cash on delivery
Speaking to a website, Ahsan said that his order was for cash on delivery i.e. payment after delivery, so he did not pay much attention to the order. At the time of writing, Ahsan's post has been liked by 1.8 thousand people and seen by more than 1 lakh people.
A person then shared the screenshots in a reply, in which he said that he has been waiting for his order for a long time. From the year 2015, their order delivery seems to have ended.
